Reaching the people behind Annodex: the address, the turnaround, and the line between what we can and cannot help with.

There is one way to contact Annodex and this page explains it. Corrections to our video editing, captions, podcasting and streaming coverage, questions, and commercial proposals all go to the same place, and below is how to write so that yours gets answered quickly.

Everything arrives in the same inbox and is read by somebody whose name appears on the articles.

If we got it wrong

If we published something inaccurate, say so plainly and point at the sentence. Corrections are handled under our editorial policy. You do not need to be polite about it, only specific.

Who is on the other end

Whoever picks up your message has their name on articles here. We keep it that way so nobody can hide behind a shared support identity.

Business enquiries

Same address, with partnership in the subject so it surfaces. The editorial policy spells out our line on paid links, and reading it first tends to answer the question you were going to ask.

Beyond what we can do

We are a site that writes about video editing, captions, podcasting and streaming, not a service that acts for you. That means no account recovery, no standing between you and a third party, and no one to one advice. The reasoning is in the legal notice.

How quickly we answer

Answers come by email, generally within two working days, and only by email. The missing phone line is a choice, not a gap we forgot to fill.

What helps us answer

Two sentences of detail save a week of going back and forth.

  1. The question first. We read the first two lines properly and skim the rest, which is honest rather than rude.
  2. The page address, if there is one. Describing an article is much slower than pasting its link.
  3. What you saw and what you expected. Those two together solve most of what arrives in the inbox.
